Im Gaumen erstrahlt eine fein ziselierte Mineralität in zartem Perlenspiel, wie eine lebendige Liebkosung. Geboren aus sonnengeprägten Chasselas-Beeren, entfaltet dieser Wein eine subtile und tiefgründige Aromenpalette, in der das Kalksteinterroir bei jedem Schluck flüstert. Der Antrunk, klar und fein perlend, entfaltet sich zu einer eleganten Fülle, getragen von einer vibrierenden Frische. Dann folgt der Abgang, edel und anhaltend, der einen raffinierten, fast schwebenden Eindruck hinterlässt. Ein Premier Grand Cru in vollkommener Harmonie, in dem Kraft und Grazie sich mit Präzision vereinen.
