Die ersten schriftlichen Aufzeichnungen des Weinguts Malessert stammen aus dem Jahr 996. Aus Leidenschaft zur Geschichte haben wir in alten Büchern und Pergamenten geforscht, um die Geschichte unseres Weinguts zu entdecken. Die Reben der Cuvée 996 wurzeln in einem Terroir, das aus der letzten Eiszeit stammt und dessen Böden aus Sedimenten bestehen, die der Rückzug des Rhone-Gletschers hinterlassen hat. Diese Cuvée hebt diese seit Generationen gepflegten Reben hervor, den Respekt vor dem Terroir und der Tradition. Ein lebendiger, frischer und feiner Chasselas.
