Bright ruby red. Stony and cool on the nose, notes of cranberry, resin, mint, balsamic bouquet, also of undergrowth and earth. On the palate it is dense and impetuous, with grippy tannin, seems very lively, resinous nuances, long finish, ideal food companion to hearty Mediterranean meat dishes.
