Tasting from 08.09.2015: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Clear, slender aroma of red apple, watercress and brook mint. Quite full-bodied on the palate with a hearty phenolic bite and a subtly salty finish. Wiry type and a good choice with spaghetti alle vongole.
