Tasting from 30.04.2026: Ulrich Sautter

Bright salmon pink in the glass. Red berry fruit on the nose, raspberry jelly, strawberries, red currants, rhubarb compote. Juicy and lively on the palate with clear red berry fruit, fine sweetness in balance with present acidity, lively mousse refreshes, versatile also at the table with good drinking flow.
