Tasting from 17.02.2023: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Wonderful, fruity bouquet with bright notes of blackcurrant, raspberry and sour cherry. Also some subtle hints of spice. Elegant and light on the palate, with a fresh acidity and a bit too much alcohol for its elegant stature. Delicate tannins, a long finish.
