Tasting from 23.06.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Dark ruby red with a delicate lightening edge. On the nose with a deep use of wood, smoke, ripe Amarena cherries, pepper, cranberries in the echo. On the palate initially a juicy notion, subtle creamy fruit, evolves with nice pepper notes, savoury, reverberating crisp acidity and light tannin.
