Tasting from 25.03.2022: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Intense aromas, with notes of dark berries, ripe plum, mulberry and sour cherry. Present roasted notes with caramel and milk chocolate. Deep on the palate, yet elegant in its own way. Fresh aromas of wild berries, sour cherry, liquorice and some tobacco. Smooth tannins, a long, textured finish with a mineral character.
