Quite nuanced on the nose: some yeast, but then mainly fruity (vineyard peach) and floral (rose). Also spicy: liquorice. On the palate with a beautiful interplay of sweetness and acidity, smoothly grounded and fresh and light in appearance. The altitude has a positive effect!
