Tasting from 16.03.2018: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Ulrich Sauter

The nose has a distinct Burgundian minerality with a vivid flint character, plus notes of ripe pear, tangerine zest and white blossom. Medium-bodied on the palate, balanced by a vivid acidity, and with good length and a salty finish. It is an exceedingly Burgundian white Californian with a healthy future.
