Tasting from 07.10.2022: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Anne Krebiehl

Very closed on the nose, a hint of raisin, penetrating rum-steeped fruit. The palate begins with salinity, even before viscosity grounds the palate. The tannins are very fine and exert a tremendous amount of drive, the acidity is ripe and perfectly integrated into the body. Immense finesse here, mineral-infused extract, and also texture. Good length, but still limited by youth, with spicy tones and a resumption of the raisin aromas from the fragrance.
