Bright golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicate herbal savouriness, hints of mint and lemon balm, yellow tropical fruit, some cape gooseberry, multilayered bouquet. Juicy, delicately caramel, yellow stone fruit nuances, some honey blossom, mineral, delicately drying on the finish, a fine savoury food companion.
