Deep ruby, purple reflections, broad ochre rim. Candied oranges, white nougat and hints of fine oak, light notes of marzipan, black cordials, ripe plums, tobacco savouriness. Juicy, ripe red forest berries, cherries, fine fruit expression, vivid, supporting tannins, nougat in the finish. Fine tannins, mineral and salty, already very approachable, has good length and certain ageing potential.
