A touch of hazelnut and smoke envelopes the lovely ripe yellow fruit notes - even thought he oak is subtly handled with 30% of the wine having been fermented in foudre. The palate is vivid with ripe lemon and beautifully fluid with a smooth texture. While beautiful now, this has much more mileage to age. Beautiful, rounded but so fresh.
