Tasting from 14.07.2016: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Pear skin and apple slices in the (still) undeveloped bouquet. Hints of brook mint and fenugreek. Juicy, soft fruit flavor with a lactic contour and solid length.

More about the tasting

Delicate aroma reminiscent of fresh apple, melon and pear. Worked precisely on the variety. Without fault or reproach. Juicy texture on the palate with fruity-sweet accents. Well made.
