Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle ochre brightening on the rim. Ripe cherries, blackberries, candied orange zest; an inviting bouquet. Juicy and substantial with red cherries. Fine tannins and a lively structure with a lemony-mineral freshness. Lingers long; a versatile food companion. Certain ageing potential.
