Discreet bouquet with notes of green apple, kiwi and grapefruit. Also hints of buttered toast and nutty nuances. Fresh on the palate, with a taut acidity, notes of citrus fruit and peach. Subtle texture and equally subtle phenolics on the finish. Pleasant mousse.
