Lemon yellow. Citrus fruit on the nose, light stone fruit, subtle vanilla, some quince, powerful and delicate. A beautiful fullness on the palate with a ripe acidity, citrus fruit notes and fresh herbs. A long finish, with citrus notes and salty.
