Tasting from 26.04.2022: Peter Moser & Anne Krebiehl MW

Ocean air and ozone seem to stream from the glass alongside a vivid sense of chalkiness. The palate also displays this chalky freshness and is riper, gentler, fuller than the nose suggests. This seems to be about texture rather than fruit, about soil rather than flesh, it is on the finish that the exquisite, unusual but utterly beguiling saltiness breaks through - lip-smacking and delicious.
