Tasting from 09.02.2018: Peter Moser

Medium carmine garnet, broad watery rim. A hint of sweet pipe tobacco, peppery touch, dried spices, red wild strawberry jam underneath, licorice, some Irish moss. Juicy, good interplay of lively acidity and fruity sweetness, full-bodied, lemony, some honey, elegant and persistent, individual style, tobacco finish. A kind of "Amarone light", with duck and sweet orange sauce.
