Bright ruby with a slight garnet rim; very intense, rich fruit, cherries and plums, some raspberry, clear and precise; shows a lot of dense tannin on the palate, builds up layer by layer, mineral components, very great potential, rich fruit in the finish, a wine to bunker down with.
