Dark ruby garnet, opaque core, delicate purple reflections, delicate watery rim. Fine nuances of black berries, liquorice, a hint of cassis, attractive fruit, background with delicate savoury notes. Juicy, elegant texture, ripe plums and cherries, harmonious acidity, mineral with good persistence, a multi-faceted companion at the table, delicate blueberry confit in the aftertaste.
