Tasting from 10.02.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Dark ruby with brightening edges. On the nose resin, pine needles, sour cherries, plus fine oak, reverberating on sour cherries with bacony hints. On the palate a slight wood overhang, savoury and resinous, becomes slightly bitter in the back.
