The red wine 24 Carati Rosso VDT, vintage 2021 from the winery Tenuta Antonini has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Montepulciano, Merlot from the region Abruzzo in Italy.
Intense dark ruby red. Complex on the nose. Dark ripe berries, plums, sour cherries, slight hints of flint and tobacco. Lots of drive on the palate, full-bodied and velvety with a slight fruity sweetness. Delicate and well-integrated tannins. Roasted cocoa with vanilla bring a slightly savoury, lingering finish.
