Tasting from 11.04.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, brilliant ruby red. Fine hearty nose of rich cherries underpinned by fine pepper spice, fleshy, rich, then leather. On the palate, it is fruit-driven and juicy, still seems very young, but promising, opens with wild strawberries, nice power, elegant finish with tightly woven tannins.
