Light ruby red with brightening, slightly orange edges. A savoury, slightly animal-like initial nose, leather and meat, followed by blood orange and redcurrants. Acidic on the palate with fruit, harmonious tannins with soft palate drive and a long finish.

Strong, still somewhat green and crisp tannins that should grow-up with further ageing. Medium palate drive and a persistent, penetrating finish.
