Tasting from 03.11.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Brilliant ruby red with a bright core. On the nose there are notes of rose hip, sour cherry and mint, in the background some blood orange and oak, minimal milk chocolate. On the palate hearty, with vivid, radiant fruit, embedded in slightly perceptible oak, in the background light raisin tone, although there is good juiciness, it currently still seems unbalanced.
