Tasting Notes
Rich, almost impenetrable ruby red. Compact nose, cherry, raspberry and pepper as well as a hint of marzipan. Great interplay of fruit and savouriness on the palate, ripe tannins, animating acidity, lingering finish.
More about the tastingDark, luminous ruby red. Inviting nose of wax and grated forest fruits, with subtle hints of honey and dried rose petals in the echo. Initially juicy on the palate, with good tension and a slightly salty undertone, but then becomes somewhat austere in the finish, still needs longer ageing.
