Clear, brightening ruby with a light rim. The nose opens with notes of cinnamon and cloves, then lots of raspberry and some dark cherries. Silky and polished on the attack and on the finish, with an echo of fine juicy raspberry notes. Some finely meshed tannins in many layers help build firm drive through to the pithy finish.
