Tasting Notes
Clear ruby red with a brighter rim. Ripe plums and dried herbs on the nose, reminiscent of rosemary, with a hint of dark chocolate behind it. Lots of juice on the palate, brighter fruit, now more reminiscent of raspberry, with rich tannins, radiant acidity and a medium-long, salty finish.
