Tasting from 01.04.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Elegant, bright ruby red, brightening. Initially slightly alcoholic on the nose, opens up after a little time to spicy tones, black pepper, walnut, rum pot, with an aftertaste of chestnut honey. Minty tones on the palate, with creamy, polished fruit, embedded in grippy, slightly wide-meshed tannins, becoming somewhat brittle on the finish, with woody tones.
