The red wine Cont'Ugo Bolgheri Rosso DOC, vintage 2023 from the winery Tenuta Guado al Tasso has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
A rich ruby red colour with a dark core. A precise nose with notes of blackberry and blueberry, also fine savoury notes. Juicy on the attack and on the palate, finely meshed tannins, multi layered, fine chocolate on the finish, some tobacco.
