The red wine Maestro di Cava Bolgheri Superiore DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Tenuta Meraviglia has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Franc from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright ruby with purple shimmer. Rich and accessible nose with notes of dark currant, blackberry and black cherry, lots of fruit. Also shows a lot of fruit on the palate, spreads out well at the beginning, but then becomes somewhat rough on the finish with drying tannins.
