Tasting from 01.11.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, sparkling straw yellow. The nose is currently characterized by reduction, gentle citrus fruit, hay, meadow herbs, wet stone. On the palate it enters with a slight phenolic character that remains throughout, unfortunately also overly bitter, still needs time.
