Tasting from 27.05.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Pale salmon pink in colour. On the nose, subtle notes of fresh cherry and wild strawberry combine with nutmeg spice, watermelon, and woody aromas. The palate is juicy with precise fruit and a pleasant freshness on the long, saline finish. The wine would benefit from some time, currently its clearly influenced by the time spent in oak. .
