Tasting from 05.09.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark ruby purple colour, shimmering. Mint, incense, a little butter on the nose, then rich berryish fruit, rosehips, fine wood note. Hearty on the palate, with rich fruit and noticeable use of wood, with a certain drive, slightly alcoholic on the finish.
