Tasting Notes
Bright gold. On the nose walnuts, dates, hints of resin and pine nuts, dried apricot, honey. On the palate ripe fruit, roasted nut, intricate, tightly-knit mousse which is quite restrained, very vinous, a little bitter on the finish, seems very ripe.
