Tasting from 10.02.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Sparkling ruby in colour. On the nose, aromas of blackcurrant, elderberry, and ripe violet leaf with hints of menthol and anise. The palate is compact and full bodied with ripe cherry fruit and loosely knit tannins, which loses structure on the mid-palate.
