Rich, bright ruby. Very intense, rich nose, open and accessible, lots of preserved cherries, blackberries, fragrant macchia herbs in the background. Smooth and sweet on the palate, ripe fruit with melting, builds up in many layers, gripping, grippy tannins, full pressure on the finish.
