Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep, matte ruby red. Sultanas, coffee grounds, sealing wax, resin, and undergrowth on the nose, as well as delicate lactic and cranberry background tones. Nutty aromas on the palate, dark savoury fruit, that develops austerely and harshly. It remains emaciated.
