Tasting from 01.12.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright pale straw yellow with green notes. Initially shows slightly resinous notes on the nose, of cypress, then lemon and grapefruit. Salty in approach and course, shows nice display, also there are notes of peach and grapefruit, in the finish there is a delicate bitter note.
