Tasting from 01.01.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Sparkling ruby with a pronounced garnet hue. Inviting nose with notes of raspberry and rosehip, fine scent of roses, rust in the background. The wine is characterized by substantial, well-integrated tannins on the palate, building up in many layers, fine red fruit, some brioche, still a little rough on the finish.
