Sparkling, intense gray-yellow. Fine, stimulating nose, cool aromas of elderflower and gooseberry, reminiscent of Sauvignon. Salty on the palate, opens with well-integrated, crisp acidity, makes the wine juicy, somewhat hard on the finish.
