Tasting from 01.01.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby with brightening on the rim. On the nose, a peppery savouriness, hints of geranium and wild berries, a subtle note of leather saddle, not entirely clean aromas. On the palate, grippy, slightly vegetal tannins, a subtle bitter note on the finish, lacks harmony.
