Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Powerful garnet red with an impenetrable core. Aromas of black elderberry and blackberry jelly, rum steeped fruit and juniper. Builds velvety, with an animating interplay between sweetness and tannin, compact at the core, shows beautiful polish, finishes slightly salty on ripe forest fruits.
