The red wine Lampante Montefalco Rosso Riserva DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Tenute Lunelli - Carapace has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points.
Dark ruby violet. Fragrant aroma of juicy cherries and raspberries, citrus fruits, followed by emphatically green reverberating savoury notes and bell peppers. On the palate, there is a certain suppleness and dark berry fruit, revealing a distinct green savouriness. The international grape varieties clearly come to the fore, but are still very much in tune with each other.
