Tasting from 11.08.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Clear ruby red with subtle lightening on the rim. On the nose redcurrant and sour cherries, some white pepper, behind a touch of sealing wax. On the palate juicy and savoury, discreetly leathery, gripping tannin, harmonious acidity, remains a touch spicy in the finish.
