Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 29.11.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red colour with a dark core. Not entirely precise on the nose, vegetal notes, savouriness, blood, subtle fruit. On the palate with a sweetish fruit centre, important acidity, becomes somewhat unbalanced in the finish, appears constructed.
