Tasting from 24.06.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright light gold. An appealing subtle yeasty character on the nose which evolves into nice notes of pineapple, peach and pear with savoury limestone undertones. Initially restrained on the palate, then fine and polished with juicy fruit and salty hints. A long finish.
