Bright, brilliant straw yellow and silver grey in colour with a persistent mousse. On the nose, aromas of roasted almond, ripe pear, with a hint of curry in the background, idiosyncratic. The palate is airy and light with a creamy mousse, and slight hint of yeast, easy to drink.
